How to dress with black tights and black calf boots?
What do you wear with black tights and Black Boots, for a casual look? How do you wear your hair (if its long and thick) and what type of coat can you wear with it? Do you have any pic examples to show me?
Wear a long sweater that hits you at your thigh. I think this would look great with it:

Get the grey one so the outfit is not completely dark. Wear a long pendant necklace with it. Something with color. I would recommend something red.
